TEAM: Monthly Reset & Reflection

A behind-the-scenes team experience

Each month, our team comes together for a calm, supportive reset designed to help creatives reflect on where they’ve been and gently plan what’s ahead — without pressure, hustle, or overwhelm.

This session is a mix of reflection, clarity, and encouragement. It’s where ideas are gathered, priorities are simplified, and confidence is rebuilt for the month ahead. Some team members use this time to plan creative projects, others to organise their sharing or business goals — and many simply come along to reset their mindset and feel supported.

There’s no requirement to have big goals or detailed plans. This space is about meeting yourself where you are, choosing what fits your life right now, and moving forward with intention.

These sessions are part of how our team stays connected, grounded, and creatively energised — and they’re one of the many ways we support each other beyond just crafting.
